Counting One of the best ways to beat the house is to count cards
at blackjack. The only way to get really good at it is to rigorously
study and practice, but here is a simple method to get you started: |

Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10 have a -1 count.
7, 8, 9 have a 0 count. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 have a +1 count. Count
all of the cards that are dealt. When you end up with a negative
number, bet lower stakes. When you get a positive number, crank
it up a notch. |
